• Not for Emergencies: This App is not monitored by medical professionals. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services immediately (e.g., 999 in the UK, 911 in USA/Canada, 000 in Australia, 112 in the EU).

We respect your privacy in accordance with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and other applicable local data protection laws (such as the Australian Privacy Act and CCPA/PIPEDA).

• Local Storage: Your journal entries and personal reflections are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to these files.

• LSecurity: You are responsible for securing your device (e.g., via passcode or biometrics).

• Backup: Since data is local, if you delete the App or lose your device, your data may be permanently lost unless you have performed a manual device backup.

• Non-Monetary Value: "Coins" are a virtual feature only. They have no "real-world" monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Purchases: Transactions are processed via Stripe or the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

• License Only: You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use virtual currency within the App.

• Regional Restrictions: In certain jurisdictions (e.g., China or South Korea), local laws may further restrict the transfer or use of virtual items.

• Quality Standard: We aim to provide content that is of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

• Statutory Rights: Depending on your country of residence (e.g., EU/UK/Australia), you may have "statutory guarantees" or "implied terms" that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit those mandatory legal rights.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our express written permission.

The App provides links to third-party wellness platforms and pages. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

External Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy or safety of third-party training materials.

• Personal Review: Ratings for Mood, Sleep, etc., are for your self-reflection only.

• Weekly Resolutions: These are self-directed goals. The App does not guarantee specific health or productivity outcomes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App’s source code.

• Exploit the Coin system or use automated scripts to "farm" virtual currency.

• Use the App to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or defamatory content.

This agreement remains in effect while you use our services. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this agreement.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Certain provisions of this agreement will survive termination.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to our services.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction:

• Lets tipit ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim arising out of the use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past six months.

• Note for Australian/EU users: We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer residing in another country (e.g., an EU Member State, Australia, or Canada), you may benefit from the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
