• While you retain ownership of your story, by submitting it, you grant Tipit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, edit, and display your Submission within the tipit app and associated marketing materials

• Discretionary Selection: Submission does not guarantee publication. The Tipit team reserves the right to review, select, or reject any content at our sole discretion.

• Editorial Rights: We reserve the right to make minor edits for length, clarity, or formatting before publication

• Full User Liability: You assume full legal and personal liability for the content of your Submission.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lets tipit ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your Submission, including but not limited to claims of defamation, breach of privacy, or copyright infringement.

• Eligibility: If your published Tip Card is purchased/unlocked by users more than 500 times, you become eligible for a reward.
